How do I book onto a Sporting Smiles session?
Booking your Sporting Smiles sessions is very easy! Simply log into your account and follow the easy to navigate bookings steps. If you are using Sporting Smiles 4 All for the first time, you will need to register an account and provide us with all the relevant information requested. You will only have to do this once.
What does I/my child need to wear to your sessions?
We would recommend you/your child wears comfortable sports clothes including sports trainers, and any protective gear that the sports requires (although we normally provide this at the club e.g. Fencing mask).
Do I/my child need to bring anything to the session?
Just a bottle of water and maybe a small snack. If there is anything else that you/your child needs to bring along with them, we will tell you in advance.
What if my child is ill or cannot attend a session?
We do not offer make up sessions or refunds, however if it is going to be a prolonged absence please contact us directly.
Can I/my child join once the block of sessions has started?
If you/your child's sessions still have spaces available, then yes. Our prices aren't pro-rata so the price will not be reduced based on how many sessions are remaining.
Can I pay for individual sessions?
We only offer block bookings at the moment, therefore you will not be able to pay for each session on an individual basis.
Are clubs weather dependent?
No, we have access to the school halls, therefore come rain or shine we will be active and having fun.
